OUR POLICIES

Account Opening:

Companies that are currently accounts in good standing with Broan and NuTone may open an account with The Lighthouse.

We bill on the 25th of the month and our terms are net the 10th of the following month.

If you are a wholesaler who is not currently a Broan or NuTone account please contact our accounts payable office to review your account options.

Shipping Policies:

We have no order minimums, with no exception. Packages are shipped UPS and we will invoice you for the cost of the shipping with no freight surcharge. We ship same day nationwide and can ship UPS red or blue upon request.
